Returns & Refund Policy
Upon ordering, refunds can only be issued within 24 hours at contact us. If it has passed 24 hours, you can still contact us and we will refund you if the order hasn't been shipped out yet!
Returns/Refunds & Exchanges (if applicable):
ONCE THE ORDER HAS ARRIVED,
Returns/refunds are only applicable for:
- Apparel - Tops ONLY!
- Defective/damaged products
- Incorrect orders delivered
Due to hygiene considerations (in particular for jewellery), we do not accept returns/refunds for reasons other than the ones stated above.
Exchanges are applicable if customers wish to exchange the top apparel for a different size.
In order to file for a return/refund and exchange, please contact us within 14 days after the order has arrived and select the subject "REFUND" before describing the situation.
If your order does not arrive within the timeframe given, please contact us and we will check your order for you.
