Express delivery services may still be affected by covid-19, hence be delayed by a few business days. However, tracking is available so customers can monitor their orders if a delay does occur!

Pick-ups are a safe option in Melbourne for urgent deliveries as customers and Ssteal can agree to an exact time to pick-up.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Due to disruptions in global supply chains, delays MAY occur in standard shipping orders. 

After contacting and understanding the situation from our suppliers’ side, standard shipping delays could range from a few days to a month until further notice! In particular, standard deliveries to Victoria is expected to arrive later than the other states in Australia.

As such, we have provided free standard shipping for all purchases across the store.
